The 30mm main tube allows a generous 62 MOA total elevation adjustment so you can dial in precisely on target. An exposed Double Turn elevation knob has a visual indicator that lets you know which revolution you’re on. Four reticle options are available in both illuminated and non-illuminated variants. All are positioned in the first focal plane to allow mil-based hold overs and ranging functions at any zoom power. A 5x magnification ratio allows low power use for a wider FOV to catch predators running on to the call and power high enough to scope out distant dog towns.

The front-mounted parallax adjustments of traditional varmint scopes require shooters to come out of position for different range settings. The Heritage Varmint's side-mounted parallax knob allows you to focus the target image while staying on the gun and glass while quickly transitioning to different distances.
